The inaugural match of the Jamaica Invitational pistol tournament was held in 2011.  This event is a key factor in promoting the development of sport shooting in Jamaica.

As with many other novel sporting activities in which Jamaica is involved, the Jamaica Rifle Association (JRA) seeks to excel in this field. We encourage participants to compete with the intensity our sport demands, in the spirit of fair play. Our stage designers work hard to assemble stages that we hope you will find worthy of the event and, most of all, enjoyable.
